Managing brand perception on social channels is probably one of the hardest tasks for a brand like
British Gas. Wilbur the penguin has become a real asset that allows British Gas to join customer
conversations beyond the usual questions about the bill.
Besides the millions of views each of the films received, the content is making a positive impact on
customer sentiment. Scrolling through the hundreds of facebook comments it's obvious that customers
really do love Wilbur!
